Grandma Crook's Russian Tea

Grandma Crook's Russian Tea
I thought I would post the Russian Tea Recipes. I don't know why it is called that, I am sure it isn't from Russian since Mom grew up on a farm in Arkansas. All I know is it is good for a cold day. Enjoy!!!!

Grandma Crook's Russian Tea

1 Qt. Water
3 Family Size Tea bags (about 6 regular teabags)
1 Large Can Pineapple Juice
1 1/ 2 Qt. Orange Juice
1 tsp. whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 inch fresh ginger or 1 tsp. powered ginger
1 cup sugar

Boil water and add spices, teabags to boiling water. Boil for about 15 minutes and let steep for about 15 minutes. Add pineapple and orange juice to above mixture (strain if necessary). Add about 1 cup sugar (to taste) and bring to boil. Adjust taste if necessary.
